Village Clerk

Here you will find the following services: 

• Mayor and the Board of Trustees - contacting Mayor O'Neill or any of the Trustees can be done either by calling 631-264-6000 or via  email the Mayor's Office, or email the Board of Trustees
• Village Administrator - handling all matters of Village administration, including parking permits, business licenses, bids, pavilion rental, Freedom of Information requests, complaints, personnel issues, and other resident questions.
• Village Treasurer - maintains all financial records of the Village, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
• Registrar of Vital Statistics - maintains all Birth and Death records for events that occurred within the Village of Amityville.

Please note: Holidays that fall on a Saturday will be observed the preceding Friday. Holidays falling on a Sunday will be observed the following Monday.
