Mayor and the Board of Trustees - contacting Mayor Imbert or any of the Trustees can be done either by calling (631) 264-2810 or via email: mayor@amityville.com or Boardoftrustees@amityville.com.
Village Administrator - handling all matters of Village administration, including parking permits, business licenses, bids, pavilion rental, Freedom of Information requests, complaints, personnel issues and other resident questions.
Village Treasurer - maintains all financial records of the Village, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
Registrar of Vital Statistics - maintains all Birth and Death records for events that occurred within the Village of Amityville.
Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday; Registrar closed from 1:00 - 2:00 pm
